RETURN POLICY

Not happy with your SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE item(s)? We are here to help you with your returns.

COOLING-OFF PERIOD

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days in which you can inform us that you want to cancel your purchase. This period starts from the day you receive your order. The cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day your product is delivered.

Example: You buy a dress online. It is delivered to your home on June 1st. Cooling-off period: until June 15th.

Please contact us and register your return at contact@slaywithconfidence.com . Provide information about your order, the reason for return, your contact details and a description of the problem.

Simply returning the product is not enough; you must inform us via email of your intention to return the item. If you do not do this, your return may be rejected.


RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT
After reporting your return, you have 14 days to return the product to us. All items, including sale items, must be returned within 14 days. Orders placed outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Example: You receive your return label on June 15th. Return period: until June 29th.

There are no exceptions to this policy. Please ensure you send your return in a timely manner so that we receive it within the return period.


RETURN CONDITIONS
If you do not meet the return conditions below, we cannot accept the return.

  • All items, including items purchased during the sale, must be returned within 14 days.
  • All purchases made during a Final Sale (60% or more off) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are not covered by SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE .
  • Please include the packing slip of the item with your return.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
  • Be careful with makeup; items with makeup stains will not be accepted for return.
  • Be careful with strong odors, such as perfume; items with strong odors will be devalued.
  • Orders exceeding the 14-day return period will not be accepted for return.
  • No warranty is provided. Any problems that occur during washing are your responsibility.
  • Lingerie, underwear/thongs, swimwear, bodysuits, dresses with fitted bodies, jewellery, cosmetics and face coverings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

SALE
You can return sale items. The return policy for discounted products is the same as for non-discounted items. Please note! Final-Sale sale items with a discount of 60% (or more) cannot be returned.

FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
At SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE we run various sales throughout the year, and one type you may encounter is a Final Sale . While these sales can offer great deals, it’s important to be aware of the specific terms and conditions that apply.

What is a Final Sale?
A Final Sale is a promotion where all items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Once an item has been purchased during this sale, no returns or exchanges can be made. These sales are often applied to clearance items or end of line items, usually at heavily discounted prices.

LINGERIE, UNDERWEAR, THONGS, SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, DRESSES WITH FITTED BODYSUITS, PIERCED JEWELRY, COSMETICS AND FACE COVERINGS
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on lingerie, underwear/thongs, swimwear, bodysuits or dresses with fitted bodies if the original packaging and/or hygiene seal has been removed. Likewise, jewellery, cosmetics and face coverings cannot be returned or refunded. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

DEPRECIATION
We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the value in case of damage, makeup stains and/or strong perfume odors and charge these costs to the customer. So please make sure your return meets the above requirements and is packaged well for return.

INSPECTION
Upon receipt of your order, it is important that you inspect the delivered products to ensure they meet your expectations. If this is not the case, please contact us immediately at contact@slaywithconfidence.com with all relevant information, including your order details, contact information, a description of the problem and photographic evidence.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We only offer high quality products. To ensure this, each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order at contact@slaywithconfidence.com .

Each item is carefully photographed and inspected before shipping. In the event of a refund, we will process your full refund within 14 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged product, in accordance with our Shipping Policy .

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept clothing that has been worn or damaged by you. It is your responsibility to inspect the delivered products upon receipt of your order and ensure that they are in the expected condition.

EXCHANGE
We do not facilitate exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of the item upon receipt of your return package. However, you can return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want instead.

REFUND IN THE NETHERLANDS
If you return part of your order, the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 working days. If you return the entire order in its original condition, you will receive the purchase amount, including shipping costs, back. The refunded amount will be credited in the same way as the original payment method.

REFUND FOR EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you return the entire order in its original condition, you are eligible for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs for international orders.

RETURN LABEL
We will send you a return label linked to your order. The return shipping costs are at your expense. Please contact us at contact@slaywithconfidence.com to request the return label, make sure to include your name, order number, reason for return and preferred shipping method (standard or recorded delivery). If you do not specify a shipping method, we will send a return label for standard parcel delivery.

RETURN COSTS IN THE NETHERLANDS
The return costs are at your own expense. We will automatically send you a return label for standard parcel delivery. The return costs for standard parcel delivery within the Netherlands are €8.40 including VAT. If you want to return the package by registered mail, please let us know immediately by email when you register the return. The costs for registered delivery within the Netherlands start from €10.21 including VAT. Always keep the track and trace proof until your return has been processed.

RETURN COSTS FOR EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Return costs are at your own expense. Return costs for European and international countries vary depending on the country and shipping method.

DAMAGED AND LOST RETURNS
The return shipment is always the risk of the sender, even if you have received the return label from us. SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE is not liable for damaged or lost returns. It is important to note that we cannot process a return (and therefore cannot issue a refund) if we do not receive your package or if it is lost during the return process. Please note that PostNL will only investigate damaged and lost packages if they were sent with insurance (registered delivery).
