Not satisfied with your SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE item(s)? We are happy to process your returns.
All returns must be registered for return within 14 days of receipt. You have 14 days to change your mind when you buy a product via our website slaywithconfidence.com. Do you no longer want the product? Then let us know within the return/cooling-off period that you want to return your order. You can do this by emailing info@slaywithconfidence.com. Don’t forget to include your order details. Make sure that your order is sent in the original packaging and that all labels are still attached to the product. send it together with the invoice/packing slip in the packaging.
PAY ATTENTION! Returning a product is not enough, you must let the seller know by email that you want to cancel the purchase. If you do not do this within the cooling-off period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return.
WHEN DOES THE RETURN PERIOD (COOLING-OFF PERIOD) ENDS?
The cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day on which your product is delivered. If you are too late to register your return, we unfortunately cannot accept your return, no exceptions will be made.
WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Within 14 days. You first have a 14-day cooling-off period to let the seller SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE know by email that you want to cancel the purchase. This is called ‘cancelling’ the purchase. You then have 14 days to return the product.
ExAMPLE CALCULATION AID
The product was delivered on March 4. On March 10, you informed the seller SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE that you wanted to cancel the purchase. You must return the product before March 24,
THE SHIPPING DATE COUNTS
It may happen that the seller only receives the product after 14 days. That doesn’t matter, because what matters is the shipping date. Did you return the product within 14 days? Then you’ll be on time.
If you are late in returning your return within 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept your return, no exceptions will be made.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- All products must be unworn and unwashed
- All the original SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE tags are still attached and not tampered with.
- No makeup, stains, damages, and/or strong (parfume) smells.
- Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear briefs/thongs, swimwear, bodysuits, dresses with attached bodysuits, cosmetics, jewellery and face coverings may not be exchanged or returned.
- Re-use the original packaging, tape the package securely and attach the address label included in your package.
- Go to your local post office and return your package.
- The shipping costs of your return are not covered by SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE.
- Please hold on to your proof of shipment until the refund has been made.
- Once we’ve received and processed your return, you can expect to receive a refund within 14 working days.
- The shipping and processing of international returns can take up to 21 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed.
- Orders that fall outside the return/cooling-off period of 14 days will not be refunded or accepted.
LINGERIE, UNDERWEAR BRIEFS/THONGS, SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, DRESSES WITH ATTACHED BODYSUITS, PIERCED JEWELLERY, COSMETICS AND FACE COVERINGS
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns and offer refunds on lingerie, underwear briefs/thongs, swimwear, bodysuits, dresses with attached bodysuits if the original packaging and/or hygiene seal has been removed.
We cannot accept returns and offer refunds on jewelry, cosmetics or face coverings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When you return an item, you must always enclose a copy of the invoice/packing slip.
If we receive an item that does not meet the above return conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept it.
DEPRECIATION
We reserve the right to refuse returns or to reduce the value in the event of damages, (makeup) stains and/or strong (perfume) odors and to charge this to the customer. So make sure that your return meets the above requirements and is packaged for return.
INSPECTION
You are required to inspect the delivered products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are “as expected” condition. In the event they are not in an “as expected” condition, please mail to info@slaywithconfidence.com as soon as possible, with all necessary information (order, contact details and problem description) and including photographic proof.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a product is shipped. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours after receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 14 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product, as per our Shipping Policy. PAY ATTENTION! We do not accept clothing that has been worn OR DAMAGED BY YOU. You are required to inspect the delivered products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are “as expected” condition.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s) upon arrival of your return package. However, you are more than welcome to return the item that you don’t wish to keep and place a new order for the item you want instead.
REFUND NETHERLANDS
When you have returned part of the order, the purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded to your account within 14 business days.
When you return the entire order in its original condition, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount including shipping costs. We will credit the amount in the same way you paid.
REFUND EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL
When you return the entire order in its original condition, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount excluding shipping costs. We will credit the amount in the same way you paid.
RETURN LABEL
We can provide you with a return label. The return label is linked to your order. The return costs are for your own account. You can buy a return label to return your order. Contact us at info@slaywithconfidence.com and we will send you a email with the return label. Do not forget to mention your name and order number, and the shipping method (standard or signature delivery). You can deliver your package to a local Postal point.
RETURN COSTS NETHERLANDS
The return costs are for your own account. We automatically send a return label for a standard package. The return costs within the Netherlands for a standard package cost €7.71 incl. VAT. if you want to return the package with the signature for delivery option (insured), please let us know immediately by e-mail when you register the return. The costs within the Netherlands for signature for delivery option are from €9.16 incl. VAT. Always keep the track and trace receipt until your return has been processed.
RETURN COSTS EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL
Return costs are for your own account. The return costs for Europe/international countries differ per country. Please note that the return costs are not always the same as the shipping costs, which can sometimes be a bit more expensive. The international return costs depend on the country and shipping method.
PAY ATTENTION! DAMAGED AND LOST RETURNS.
The return shipment is always the risk of the sender (this also applies if you have received the shipping label from us). SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE is not liable for damaged or lost returns. It is not possible to initiate a return (and possible refund) if we did not receive your package or if your package is lost in the return process.
Please note PostNL only investigates damaged and lost packages if they have been sent insured (signed for delivery).
