WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?
Pre-orders: This occurs when a product is announced or made available for purchase before it is officially released or produced. Customers can place orders for the product in advance, securing their purchase for when the item becomes available. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve items before they are released or produced,
WHAT ARE BACKORDERS?
Backorders: This happens when a product is temporarily out of stock or unavailable for immediate delivery at the time of purchase. Customers can still place orders for the item, but there will be a delay in the delivery until the product is restocked or becomes available again.. Backorders allow customers to purchase items that are temporarily out of stock with the understanding that there will be a delay in delivery.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING PRE-ORDERS AND BACKORDERS
Pre-orders and backorders typically undergo shipping processing within a span of 2 to 3 weeks. However, the average duration for these products to become available in stock and ready for shipment ranges from 2 to 8 weeks. Please note that the provided date serves as an estimation, and supplies may arrive either sooner or later than anticipated.
MERGING PRE-ORDER AND BACKORDER PRODUCTS WITH ITEMS IN STOCK: HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you place an order containing items currently in stock along with a pre-order or backorder item, we will consolidate your order and ship it once all items are available. This means that your entire order will be delivered together. This policy remains consistent even if the anticipated delivery time is prolonged due to delays from our suppliers.
Please note that for pre-orders and backorders, we rely on our suppliers. If we're unable to meet the expected delivery time specified, we will promptly notify you via email.
If you prefer to receive the in-stock products earlier, we suggest placing separate orders for them. This will allow us to promptly dispatch the available items without delay, ensuring you receive them as soon as possible.
