WHAT ARE PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS?
Pre-order product are items that cannot be shipped according to normal delivery. When you order a SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE product,
it means that it is on its way from the factory from abroad and will be as soon as it arrives. more information. With the backorder function you can already reserve and pay for these products.

SHIPPING PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. On average, it takes 2 to 8 weeks before these pre-order products are in stock and can be shipped. The date given is an estimate, supplies may arrive sooner or later.

MERGING PRE-ODER PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTS IN STOCK, HOW DOES THAT WORK?
Do you order items that are in stock, together with pre-order item? The items will then only be shipped when we also have the pre-order item in stock. Your order will therefore be delivered in one go. This also applies if the expected delivery time is extended due to a delayed delivery by one of our suppliers.

We are dependent on our supplier for pre-orders. As a result, if we cannot deliver at the expected time indicated in the product description at the time of ordering, we will inform you of this by email.

If you would like to receive the products that are in stock earlier, we recommend that you order these products separately.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We offer 11 different payment methods including major providers like Ideal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express as well as many different local payment methods including Bancontact, Klarna, iDEAL, KBC/CBC, EPS, giropay, and many more.
CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS WITH ANOTHER CURRENCY?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service know that you want to cancel your order within 24 hours.
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKES?

WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE
We deliver worldwide. However we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.

DELIVERIES WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS:
From 1 to 5 working days

DELIVERIES WITIN EUROPE ZONE 1:
From 5 to 9 working days

DELIVERIES WITHIN EUROPE ZONE 2:
From 7 to 10 working days

DELIVERIES IN ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:
From 9 to 14 working days 

SHIPPING COST NETHERLANDS
The shipping cost within the Netherlands is €8,95 including VAT.

HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

Are you not satisfied with your SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE item(s)? We are happy to process your returns. Contact us by emailing info@slaywithconfidence.com stating your order details and reason for return.

RETURNING THE PRODUCT
All items (including sales) must be returned within 14 days. Returning a product is not enough, you must let us know by email that you want to return the product. If you do not do this, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

SALE PODUCTS
SALE items can be returned within 14 days.

FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
Final Sales items cannot be exchanged or returned. Final sales policy is applied to clearance sale items and customized items.
