We will deliver the products as soon as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 days after placing the order. Please contact our customer service team if you have not received the delivery within the described time frame.

International orders typically arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipment. Please note that these orders must clear customs in your country before they can be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, there may be carrier delays due to factors outside of our control. Unfortunately, we cannot control how quickly an order will arrive once it has left our warehouse. It is best to contact the carrier for more information on the location of your package and the expected delivery date.

We do not currently offer free returns for customers outside of the Netherlands. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning items to us. We recommend marking your parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid additional customs charges. Please remember: We strongly recommend returning items via a registered, trackable service and obtaining and retaining proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not arrive with us.
