How long will my order take to arrive within Europe?

Orders within the Europe are usually delivered within 2-10 business days after processing, depending on the shipping method and location. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! If you want more specific information about delivery times, you can track your order once it has been shipped.

How long does international shipping take?

International orders usually arrive within 9-14 business days after processing. Please note that these orders must go through customs in your country before being cleared for final delivery, which may occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, there may be carrier delays due to factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot control how fast an order arrives once it leaves our warehouse. It is best to contact the carrier for more information about the whereabouts of your package and the expected delivery date.

How long does delivery take for pre-orders?

Pre-orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 weeks for shipping. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate; actual delivery may occur sooner or later. If you need an item for a special occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance. For more information, please visit our pre-orders page.

How can I choose the right size for me?

SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE has developed a universal sizing system designed as a unique reference for all countries. You can easily find the best size for you by referring to our Size Chart, which provides a conversion table for all major sizing systems from different countries. The Size Chart can be easily found on the page of each product.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

iDEAL | Wero
Pay quickly and securely through your own bank with iDEAL | Wero. You complete the payment directly in your bank’s secure online environment, so your order is processed immediately. This payment method is completely free for you as a customer, no additional fees are charged at checkout.

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
Pay easily and securely with your Visa or MasterCard. The payment is processed immediately via a secure connection, and the amount will be charged to your credit card in accordance with your card issuer’s terms.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code. You can use this code to track your order via PostNL and/or DHL Express. You can also view your track & trace information in your customer account,

How can I return my items?

To return your items, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your customer account using the email address you used when placing your order.

2. Go to the "Return Requests" section.

3. Select the items you want to return (if you ordered multiple items).

4. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Request Return".

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
