RETURN POLICY

Not happy with your SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE item(s)? We are here to help you with your returns. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return request is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

You can submit a return request here by logging in with the email address you used to place the order. Follow the steps below to complete your return.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To receive a full refund, returned items must:

  • Be in original packaging with packing slip.
  • Be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags.
  • Show no signs of use or hygiene wear, such as makeup stains, grease, other substances that cause contamination or staining, or strong (perfume) scents.

Non-returnable items: lingerie, underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, items with removed hygiene seals, jewelry, cosmetics, and face coverings (due to hygiene regulations).

RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility:

  • Netherlands (standard): € 9,26 incl. VAT
  • Netherlands (Signed by delivery): from € 12,38 incl. VAT
  • International shipping: return shipping costs vary by country.

If you would like to send the return with insurance, please let us know by mentioning it in the notes when submitting your return request.

A return label will be automatically provided by email. You can complete the payment via the payment link you will receive by email. Always keep your tracking details.

REFUNDS
Upon receipt: refund within 14 days. Refunds are usually processed using the same payment method that was used when placing the original order.

  • Within the Netherlands: full return amount including original shipping costs (if the full order is returned).
  • International: refund excludes original shipping costs. For partial returns within the EU, original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Refunds in the form of store credit equal the purchase amount (excluding shipping cost).

FINAL SALE POLICY
Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged—whether purchased online, in-store, or through the app. These items are clearly labeled on the product page, in the cart, and in your order confirmation and history. We’re unable to make exceptions, including for sizing or ordering errors, so please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase. 

STORE CREDIT
Store Credit Conditions

  • Store credit only applies to items that are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Store credit will be issued by the seller within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • The credit will be linked to the email address used for the original order.
  • Store credit is not redeemable for cash or bank transfer.
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person, email address, or account.
  • Store credit is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated by the seller.
  • When returning products purchased with store credit, the purchase amount will be reissued as store credit. No monetary refund will be given.

How to View Your Store Credit:
Log in to our webshop using the email address you used to place your order. You can find your available store credit in the top right corner by clicking the arrow next to your initials and then selecting "Profile." The credit is also visible during checkout.

INSPECTION, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. Issues must be reported within 24 hours. Include photos, order details, and a description to speed up resolution.

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Report it within 24 hours of delivery via contact@slaywithconfidence.com. We will cover all costs and arrange a replacement or refund within 14 days.

We do not offer warranty or repairs after washing – always follow the care instructions.

DAMAGED AND LOST RETURNS
The return shipment is always the risk of the sender, even if you have received the return label from us. SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE is not liable for damaged or lost returns. It is important to note that we cannot process a return (and therefore cannot issue a refund) if we do not receive your package or if it is lost during the return process. Please note that PostNL/DHL will only investigate damaged and lost packages if they were sent with insurance (registered delivery).
