KLARNA POLICY

To order with KLARNA, you'll need a bank account, a residential address in the Netherlands, and to be 18 or older. If you encounter difficulties using KLARNA, it may be due to several reasons: an outstanding payment from another order, incomplete form submission, or rejection of your application. If your application is rejected, we recommend selecting another payment method.

KLARNA's Pay in 3 option constitutes an unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing beyond your means or missing payments can adversely affect your financial standing and credit eligibility. Available to residents aged 18 and above, subject to status. Late fees may be applicable. Terms and conditions are in effect.

SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE serves solely as an introducer and is not a lender. The credit facility is provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ). Credit eligibility is contingent upon permanent residency and age, with terms and conditions applying. Please note that Pay in 3 installments or 30 days is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

KLARNA's Pay in 3 installment credit agreements are not governed by the FCA. Utilization of these agreements and any missed payments may impact your creditworthiness with Klarna and other lenders. Residents aged 18 and over only, subject to status. Terms and conditions apply.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We offer 11 different payment methods including major providers like Ideal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express as well as many different local payment methods including Bancontact, Klarna, iDEAL, KBC/CBC, EPS, giropay, and many more.

CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS WITH ANOTHER CURRENCY?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service know that you want to cancel your order within 24 hours.

We deliver worldwide. However we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.

DELIVERIES WITIN EUROPE ZONE 1:
From 5 to 9 working days

DELIVERIES WITHIN EUROPE ZONE 2:
From 7 to 10 working days

DELIVERIES IN ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:
From 9 to 14 working days 

SHIPPING COST NETHERLANDS
The shipping cost within the Netherlands is €8,95 including VAT. 

SHIPPING PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. On average, it takes 2 to 8 weeks before these pre-order products are in stock and can be shipped. The date given is an estimate, supplies may arrive sooner or later.

HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

Are you not satisfied with your SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE item(s)? We are happy to process your returns. Contact us by emailing info@slaywithconfidence.com stating your order details and reason for return.

RETURNING THE PRODUCT
All items (including sales) must be returned within 14 days. Returning a product is not enough, you must let us know by email that you want to return the product. If you do not do this, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

SALE PODUCTS
SALE items can be returned within 14 days.

FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
Final Sales items cannot be exchanged or returned. Final sales policy is applied to clearance sale items and customized items.
