Shipping Policy

We strive to dispatch your order promptly. The estimated delivery time varies by country. All orders are shipped via PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. All shipping prices include VAT. Please note that delivery times may be impacted during holidays and sales periods.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS:
Our goal is to deliver all orders within 1-5 working days from the date of order processing. However, during sale periods, this timeframe may be extended. We provide standard shipping options to your chosen address, including standard shipping and standard shipping with signature on delivery. Upon shipment of your order, we will email you a tracking number. Please be aware that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated online.


NOT AT HOME? WHAT TO DO NEXT?
In such cases, please refer to your tracking information for details about your shipment. The POSTNL carrier will deliver your package to a local POSTNL pickup point. You can retrieve your package at your convenience. Please note that the recipient must sign for delivery, and you'll be required to present an ID document when collecting your order.

IMPORTANT: PostNL will hold your package for a maximum of 7 days. If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us. Should you require your order to be resent, additional shipping costs will be incurred, which will be charged to you. We will provide you with a payment link to complete the transaction.

If you place an order containing items currently in stock along with a pre-order or backorder item, we will consolidate your order and ship it once all items are available. This means that your entire order will be delivered together. This policy remains consistent even if the anticipated delivery time is prolonged due to delays from our suppliers.

Please note that for pre-orders and backorders, we rely on our suppliers. If we're unable to meet the expected delivery time specified, we will promptly notify you via email.

If you prefer to receive the in-stock products earlier, we suggest placing separate orders for them. This will allow us to promptly dispatch the available items without delay, ensuring you receive them as soon as possible.

Any relevant fees must be settled upon delivery.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
When you place an order on our website for delivery to an international destination, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. It is your responsibility to settle any applicable import duties and taxes. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.

Additionally, international orders may undergo customs clearance procedures, which could lead to delays beyond our original delivery estimates. As the recipient of the goods, you are considered the "importer of record" and must adhere to all laws and regulations of the destination country. Please note that we will not be held liable or accountable for any violations of these laws.


PROCESSING GUIDELINES

SALE AND HOLIDAY SEASON

UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We are dedicated to offering only top-quality products, and as part of our commitment, each product undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipment. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us immediately upon receipt of your order to qualify for a free exchange for a new, similar product, or a refund. In the case of a refund, we will process your full reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged product, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns for clothing that has been worn or damaged by you. Upon receiving your order, it is your responsibility to promptly inspect the delivered products to ensure they are in the expected condition.


EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We shall not be held liable or accountable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, severe weather conditions, explosion, war, acts of terrorism, industrial disputes, or actions taken by local or central government authorities or other competent authorities.

Return Policy

Are you dissatisfied with your SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE item(s)? We're here to assist you with your returns. 

COOLING-OFF PERIOD

You have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. This period starts from the day you receive your order. Your cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day on which your product is delivered.

Example: You buy a dress online. It is delivered to your home on June 1. Cooling-off period: until and including June 15.

Simply returning the product is not sufficient; you must notify us via email of your intent to return the item. Failure to do so may result in your return being declined.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT

After notifying us of your decision to return, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

All items, including sale items, must be returned within 14 days. Orders that fall outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Example: You receive your returnlabel on June 15. returnperiod: until and including June 29.

No exceptions will be made to this policy. Make sure to send your return on time so that we receive it within the return period.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Failure to meet the return conditions outlined below will result in us being unable to accept returns.

  • All items, including those purchased during sales, must be returned within 14 days.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return shipping costs are not covered by SLAY WITH CONFIDENCE.
  • When returning, please include the packing slip of the item.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original labels attached.
  • Exercise caution with makeup; items with makeup stains will not be accepted for return.
  • Exercise caution with strong odors, such as perfume; items with strong odors will be subject to depreciation.
  • Orders that exceed the 14-day return window will not be accepted for return.
  • No warranty is provided. Any issues arising during washing are your responsibility.
  • Lingerie, underwear/thongs, swimwear, bodysuits, dresses with attached bodysuits, jewelry, cosmetics, and facial coverings cannot be processed or returned due to hygiene reasons.

LINGERIE, UNDERWEAR BRIEFS/THONGS, SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, DRESSES WITH ATTACHED BODYSUITS, PIERCED JEWELRY, COSMETICS, AND FACE COVERINGS.
For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on lingerie, underwear briefs/thongs, swimwear, bodysuits, or dresses with attached bodysuits if the original packaging and/or hygiene seal has been removed. Likewise, returns and refunds are not possible for jewelry, cosmetics, or face coverings. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.


DEPRECIATION
We retain the right to reject returns or decrease their value in cases of damage, makeup stains, and/or strong perfume odors, and to charge these costs to the customer. Therefore, please ensure that your return adheres to the aforementioned requirements and is appropriately packaged for return.


INSPECTION
Upon receiving your order, it is imperative that you inspect the delivered products to ensure they meet your expectations. Should you find that they do not meet this standard, please promptly email contact@slaywithconfidence.com with all pertinent information, including your order details, contact information, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

EXCHANGES
We do not facilitate exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of the item(s) upon receipt of your return package. However, you are welcome to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you desire instead.


REFUND IN THE NETHERLANDS
If you return part of your order, the purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded to your account within 14 business days. Returning the entire order in its original condition entitles you to a refund of the purchase amount, including shipping costs. The refunded amount will be credited in the same manner as the original payment method.


REFUND FOR EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Returning the entire order in its original condition qualifies you for a refund of the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs. Please note that we do not refund original shipping charges for international orders.


RETURN LABEL

We will provide you with a return label linked to your order. The return costs are your responsibility. To obtain the return label, please contact us at contact@slaywithconfidence.com ensuring to include your name, order number, reason for return, and preferred shipping method (standard or signature delivery). If you do not specify a shipping method, we will provide a return label for standard package delivery.


RETURN COSTS IN THE NETHERLANDS
The return costs are for your own account. We will automatically provide a return label for standard package delivery. The return costs for standard package delivery within the Netherlands amount to €6.95 including VAT. If you prefer to return the package with a signature upon delivery, please notify us immediately via email when registering the return. The costs for signature upon delivery within the Netherlands start from €9.50 including VAT. Always retain the track and trace receipt until your return has been processed.

DAMAGED AND LOST RETURNS.

It's important to note that we cannot initiate a return (and consequently, a refund) if we do not receive your package or if it becomes lost during the return process. Please be aware that PostNL only investigates damaged and lost packages if they have been sent with insurance (signed for delivery).
